Do you offer support?

Yes, we do offer basic support for all of our plugins. The best way of getting support is by checking out our documentation. You can also join our dedicated Facebook group or write us a message using our contact form. What is the difference between WP Webhooks and WP Webhooks Pro?

What is the difference between Email Encoder and WP Mailto Links?

WP Mailto Links will always (and only) be available only for protecting emails, as our Email Encoder will be available for further protection of any kind of content, like phone numbers, custom text and more.

Do you offer a lifetime version of your plugin?

As much as we appreciate lifetime versions, we don’t offer one. And why? Because lifetime versions mostly result in a lack of quality over time and we always want to provide the best plugin possible to your full satisfaction. We totally appreciate quality over quantity 🙂

Do you provide an invoice?

Yes, we do! You can download an invoice for each of your purchases within your account page. Just go to Account > PURCHASE HISTORY & LICENSES > Download Invoice. You can also find every invoice within the receipt of your purchase confirmation email.

What are your payment methods?

You can pay via Credit Card, PayPal, American Express, Visa and Discover. All of the above payments are processed by PayPal.
